Worship Pastor at Christian Faith Center
I’m passionate about helping people cultivate a deeper relationship
with God. My desire is to empower people to have intimate worship as a consistent
part of their daily lifestyle. I know that the greatest thing is to love God with
all of your heart, soul, and mind. I’ve been at
Christian Faith Center since 1982 and each service we strive to create an
atmosphere that inspires people to worship and celebrate Jesus. Music is a great
tool to help us focus on the wonderful attributes of God.
I have been married to my wife, Jessica, for over 13 years. She is such a rock and
source of stability and love for me. She is also a great example and parallel to
my relationship with Christ. Jessica and I were both music majors at Seattle Pacific
University. We’ve both been attending CFC for over 20 years. We have 4 kids, Gwyneth,
Winston, Lincoln, and Bronwyn. When I’m not ’doing’ ministry or hanging out with
my family, I’m all about old cars and old guitars. Right now I drive a 1964 Chevy
Impala SS, with a 327V8/300hp, oh yeah! My 5 year old son, Winston, loves ’Daddy’s
car’. Currently my main guitar gear consists of my 1956 Fender Stratocaster, 100%
original. It’s so cool. Also I play a 1963 Jaguar, again all original, lots of switches,
so vibey. I also like my 1950 ES-150, one awesome P-90 neck pick-up. My favorite
song writing guitar is a 1965 Gibson B-25-12 flat top acoustic, small body that
just sings. My main amp is a beautiful blond 1961 Fender Twin with real/true vibrato!
Tone for days, it just swirls around, wow! My favorite pedals are a Fulltone OCD,
Barber Burn Unit EQ, and a Carl Martin Plexitone.
